What can I say?

New Wave athletics is the real deal, forget the other trainers, you won't learn half as much from them. Most trainers don't practice what they preach, don't look as healthy as they should, and put little to no emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle. I'd never pay good money to see any other trainer than Darrell, he doesn't waste any time, time is money, and you get your money's worth with New Wave. What ever you want to achieve health wise, they will see that you get there, but you have to take their advice, trust the knowledge and put it to work, guaranteed you will transform your health to a much higher level. These guys are going places fast and are way ahead of their peers, trust me.

Hi Nathan! Great to see that you've been so influenced by NWA. They are definitely motivating. I'm interested in knowing, as with everyone who joins what is it you do to keep on track. Any advice for anyone new to this healthy living forum?

Hi Lisa,

Well, I would have to say my main motivation is people who are unwell, sick, or overweight and unable to achieve much due to their unhealthy habits or lifestyle. It's not the greatest, but all one has to do is get out there and look around at the sea of unhealthy people. They don't train, they've given up any sports they may have enjoyed in the past, and mostly they eat garbage, and way too much of it!

The more people I meet who are unwell, the more motivation I get to stay well, I do slip off course now and again, but not very often. On the flip side when you see living proof and examples of extremely healthy individuals like Katie and Darrell, and also older individuals like Cory Holly or Jack Lalane, this makes me want to stay on course for the long run because it's definately worth the effort.

That about sums it up!
